Shift: 1st (6:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday - Thursday, 10 hours)
Wage: $18-$20, based on experience

Reports to: Quality Control Manager
General Purpose of the Job:
Review, scan, and file drawings and reports according to the job file, input billing requirements as needed and create and review QC document packages by shipment.
Summary of Major Responsibilities/Duties:
Review spool drawings and reports for accuracy.
Scan and maintain job report or records on the computer system.
Create and review QC document packages.
Create Code Data reports as necessary.
Sort or classify information according to guidelines such as content, purpose, user criteria, or chronological, alphabetical, or numerical order.
Find and retrieve information from job files in response to requests from customer, project Managers or QC Personal.
Scan or read incoming materials in order to determine how and where they should be classified or filed.
Place materials into storage receptacles, such as file cabinets, boxes, bins, or drawers, according to job or by classification and identification information.
Assign and record or stamp identification labels in order to scan documents to the job folders.
Rejects work that is not accurate or missing information.
Conducts work safely and follows all safety procedures.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three months related experience is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret documents for accuracy.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively to customers, clients, project managers, shop personal and QC personal and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
